Admission & Fee Information

APPLICATION FORM

Application forms and prospectus can be had from the College office or can be downloaded from the university website. Admission to the various courses will be as per university norms.

ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examinations from the University / Boards outside the state of Kerala shall furnish along with the application, a copy of the eligibility certificates obtained from the Mahatma Gandhi University.

MIGRATION CERTIFICATE

A student admitted to the College from other Universities should produce a Migration Certificate as early as possible.

MODE OF SELECTION

50% of the seats in each course shall be filled by the management from candidates of their choice, provided they satisfy the eligibility conditions prescribed by the University. 65% of the remaining seats shall be filled on general merit and 35% shall be filled by candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and other backward communities in the order of merits.

REMITTANCE OF FEE

The fee shall be remitted semester-wise in the first month of every semester strictly as per university norms.

FEE CONCESSION

Usual fee concession as per Government order shall be applicable to SC/ST and OEC students. Such candidates should produce income and community certificates at the time of admission. They are eligible for LSG and stipend as per Govt. rates.

INTERVIEW

Candidates provisionally selected for admission will be required to appear for an interview before the Principal on a specified date and time. Those who fail to turn up for the interview will lose the chance of admission. No interview will be held unless the candidate is accompanied by his/her parent or guardian. The following documents in original should be produced at the time of the interview.

(a) S.S.L.C. Book

(b) Mark list of the qualifying examination

(c) Transfer certificates and Course and conduct certificate from the institution last attended.

(d) Eligibility certificate from the Mahatma Gandhi University by candidates who studied outside Kerala State.

(e) Two copies of stamp size photographs of the candidates.

Note.- 1. The selected candidates should submit an undertaking that he/she will observe the discipline in the college as well as not destroy the college property Any other details not specifically covered in this prospectus shall be decided by the Principal and such decision will be final.

2. Candidates are advised to keep with them a sufficient number of attested copies of certificates submitted to the College. Original certificate of the candidates admitted will be kept under the custody of the Principal.'
